It's not the dead but you might give a listen to Kettle Joe's Psychedelic Swamp Revue aka Donna Jean and the Tricksters. This is a pretty good one; http://www.archive.org/details/kjpsr2006-06-23.flac16

It's Donna Jean with Mookie Seigel (David Nelson Band) and the guys from the Zen Tricksters.

I maybe trippin (I wish)but I thought I remember seeing it on some studio cuts from Shakedown Street.

I find it kinda quirky myself now and then. But Im a child of 77 and I loved Keith's piano and Donna squeelin her lil heart out.

Wish I had a date or link to share but I'm havin a Senior moment. or I'm havin flashbacks, whatever, take it for what its worth.

Plus you get Lowell George singing Good Lovin-talk about the best of both worlds!

Come to think of it, I don't think you could find a good version of France.

I have to say....it's a guilty pleasure of mine. I like the tune and the "ladies do love to dance..."

Good luck. If I'm not mistaken, it was never played.

Setlists.net says it was never played, thus joining the ranks of Pride of Cucamonga.
